While serving this great country, I learned and mastered the skill of building the ultimate in camouflage, concealment, and deception. The Ghillie Suit. I've been building them for myself for years, as well as constructing them for friends to use for hunting, wildlife photography, and paintball events. Soon I noticed more and more people wanted custom ghillie suits. The decision was made to start a small company building them for the public. To get the company moving, the perfect name was needed. I thought what does a ghillie suit do for you? Plain and simple, you disappear! It's not magic, but it's the closest thing. To make a long story short, thats how Disappear Gear was started.

With the help of the very talented Mr. Jon Bridegroom of Vegetable-Man Graphics, a logo was made to help promote my company and products. At first it was just for me, but soon the logo became a product in itself as we began to sell shirts and hats to our clients. It seemed everyone wanted one and wanted to support Disappear Gear.
Disappear Gear Motto
To finish the company profile, a Motto was needed. I came up with "Sometimes being nothing is better than being something." I think everyone can agree that when you are in a ghillie suit you want to be nothing, nil, zero. That's the only time in your life you want to be nothing.
