Domain Name Registration $15.00 A Year
Any web page on the internet consists of three main components; the web design, the web hosting, and the domain name address. Your domain name will point your clients to your web hosting. The domain name you select is very important. It has to be a name that no one else currently has registered. It should also be short and easy for for clients to remember. If your desired name is already registered by another person, there are many other options to use other then the standard .com domain. For example, you could choose from .net, .org, .info, .biz, or .us. You could also have more then one domain name point to your web page if desired.
27Levels can simplify the registering process by registering your domain name for you at the flat rate of $15.00 per year (with the purchase of a web page and/or hosting account). The domain must then be renewed again each year to maintain ownership.
Once your domain name is registered, do not renew with any company other the 27Levels Web Solutions. Doing so could shut down your web page or change the way your web page is located on the internet. A representative from 27Levels will contact you by phone or email before it is time to renew again. If you no longer wish to renew your domain name, it will become available for someone else to register and use. To prevent this, 27Levels holds the right to renew your domain name for another year and keep the domain just in case you change your mind later.
Using A Domain Not Registered By 27levels
If you already registered a domain name with another company, you will need to change your domain so that it will point to our server before your web hosting will work. This is an easy transition that only requires changing the current dedicated name server to the 27Levels DNS. You will need all the passwords requiresd to modify your domain registration.
27Levels will not remind you to renew a domain that we did not register. If your domain expires, your web hosting will no longer work until the domain can be renewed or a new domain can be registered.
